We went to see a mortgage broker Saturday and just had a call saying weve been offered a mortgage ahhh!! Never ever thought it would be possible for us to buy a house so im so happy!!

Yes Deb i feel really grown up and its quite daunting tbh! Just want to take things kind of slow and research everything as i dont want to make any mistakes or regrets as its the biggest purchase of our lives!

Defo dont want to move up North now though, we were thinking about it when we came back from Cyprus but were are happy and settled now! Just wish 2/3 bed houses were cheaper than 200k!

We had our eye on a 3 bed just down the road from my mum, it got knocked down to 194,950 then sold straight away Sad
