I just wondered what if anything is your downfall and why?

For me without doubt it's bread and real butter, when we were kids it was a treat at Xmas time and that's it. So now even though I do the shopping and I know I can buy it anytime I want when ever I do it's always used very quickly, it's almost like I have to eat it before it's all gone, or cows stop breathing and it stops being sold lol.

My worst time for eating is when I'm home with the boys, and they are raiding the cupboards!

Starting ww new diet this coming week and imagine bread will be off the menu for me! I wonder how I'll cope lol

Dr pepper! Simply because I'm addicted lol

I've cut down to one can a day now because of the pg and caffiene but I went off it completely with Ollie so I'm hoping that happens again soon! x

chocolate, I never had a sweet tooth until I got pg and then I turned into a choc monster.

kell - nothings off the menu aslong as u count it in ya points. im trying to stay away from bread this week tho. having cereal for brekkie instead x

i actually don't have a downfall...i am VERY strict with myself...when training and dieting first time round i didn't eat ANYTHING sweet for 2yrs...not a bloody thing!

i've not eaten more than a chunk or two of choccy in 8months...i loved buttery toast but the second i realised just how fatty butter is...i've not touched it since!

i LOVE mince pies and generally eat one a day at this time of year, but i always make sure i allow the calories for them or i won't eat one

i have no idea why ive tried drinking diet coke but i end up back full fat coke cnat live without it lol xx

Kenty you are good! I just feel like i'm depriving myself so i just eat what i want after days of telling myself no, hiding away in the kitchin so no one see's lmao.

Carla have you tried coke zero? It doesn't taste the same as coke but it is better than diet coke any day!

I've tried tricking myself with dr pepper zero! It's not too bad but it's just not the same!

i'm not good...it kills me!! i craved things SO bad but i craved being slim more

this time round it is harder, sam is diabetic so is always munching on choccy or cakes and omg do i crave them some days...but after being a size 6-8 and having SO much self confidence i have enough will power to say no.

also...don't deprive yourself, it's a perfect way to fail...fancy choccy, just eat half a bar(a small one!! lol) or same with take-aways! Laughing
