You can always just use normal caster sugar. The golden stuff is just better for you and the environment as it's not as refined.

Either Asda or Morrisons also do it but I can't remember which. One of the 2 doesn't as I remember having the same issue! x

I dont live in UK hun so the fact I can even get sugar is a miracle pmsl.

Ahhhh of course, I forgot. If you can find Caster sugar that's fab. You can just use normal granulated sugar but it will make your cake a bit grainy.

yeh I can get caster sugar I just wondered if golden was better or tasted different... Ill just stick to plain caster sugar
