SECRET SANTA LIST & RULES

Sooooooooooooooooooooo we'd better start getting this years Secret Santa started! 42 participants already!

So please say so below if you want to join in...no chat thread, just say you are in Wink

RULES:

BUDGET: £10 (postage on top) - please don't go way over (no one likes a show off!) or way under (no one likes to feel cheated!) , if you are under by a bit then try to top up your gift with something smaller
THEME: something pretty and/or useful. NO SMELLIES.
POSTING: Gifts MUST be sent by 10th December.
LABELING: Please write on the front top left corner of your parcel 'BSS' - that way everyone will know it's their Banda Secret Santa gift and can leave it unopened, rather than wondering what on earth it is and opening it!! (if you use an online company, like Amazon, please put BSS after the name i.e 'Lisa Evans (BSS)'
NON UK MEMBERS: you are welcome to join, but I will try to pair you with someone also non uk, (if possible) , so that postage is even (ish!)
WHO CAN JOIN: Only open to regular posting members. Joining the secret santa is not a right and admin reserve the right to decline members if they feel the need (can't see this happening, but don't want anyone joining to get a free gift and not sending one themselves!)
LIST CLOSURE: The list will close on September 30th, shortly after then you will receive a PM from myself or Lita advising you off the person you are buying for and their address.
ADDRESS: If you put your name down please PM your address to me...if you took part last year and are still at the same address just tell me that and I will copy it from last years list. Please ensure this is sent to me BEFORE September 30th.
UPDATES: A sticky will be set up for you to comment on to say you have a) sent your parcel and b) received a parcel - please ensure you do this so I can update the list to keep track of parcels
ADMIN: Please only PM me, or Lita, to reply to PMs we've sent you (asking for info etc).

...please do not send PMs asking me to chase your sender - seriously I don't mean to be a grouch but last year I was bogged down with 'not being funny but my parcel hasn't come yet...can you chase it?' NO (I will ask who hasn't had them a reasonable time after the 10th to allow for deliveries)

This year the list will split into 2 groups, managed by myself and Lita...you will find out who is sorting your list when the list closes.
MOST IMPORTANT RULE: do not panic and stress over the gift - people love whatever they get and will not judge you for it!!
